DUNLOP LONG WEEKEND PROMOTION

1. ARDEX Australia Pty Ltd; ABN: 82 000 550 005; of 20 Powers Rd, SEVEN HILLS, NSW 2147 Australia; is the organiser of this trade promotion lottery.
2. The Promotion is a lottery game of chance titled Dunlop Long Weekend Promotion (the Promotion).
3. The Promotion period is 7am AEDT on 6 April 2023 until 9am 11 April 2023 AEDT
4. The Promotion is to be held online via two platforms:

   • @Dunlopbuildingproducts Instagram page
   • @DTAAustraliaPtyLtd Facebook page
   • @dtainternational Instagram page
5. This Promotion covers legislation across every state and complies with the general conditions set out within:

Conditions of Entry

6. Promotion participants (Participants) are defined as individuals who take part by following our page/s; and commenting on their DIY project, with extra points to share their project and tag us
7. The conditions of entry comply with legislation across every state and include:
   *Participants of the Promotion must meet requirements above to enter
   * The Promotion is free for Participants to enter
   * The Promotion is open to Australian residents only
   * ARDEX Australia staff, or their family members, are not eligible to enter the Promotion
   * Entries are open:

Conduct of the Lotteries

8. The lottery draws for five prizes will take place at 12pm AEDT on 11 April 2023. The winner will be announced on the pages’ Stories and contact via direct message.
9. The conditions of the lotteries comply with the general conditions for bodies as described above.

Details of Prizes

11. There are 5 prize packs.
12. The packs include:
    • DTA Boss Grout Cleanup System with clip-on hydro sponges/handle
    • Tradies Kitchen with 240 volt kettle, thermos, mugs, cooler/freezer packs, cutlery
    • Dunlop merch: cap, bottle, sweets, stubbie holder, pen, pencil

14. Prizes will be delivered to the winners via Australia Post. Every effort will be made to ensure prizes are claimed. Unclaimed prizes if returned by Australia Post will remain at the Promoter’s premises for three months and the winner contacted via direct message.
15. The Promotion and the associated Terms & Conditions are publicly available via the Internet on the Dunlop website, as stipulated by each state’s requirements for trade promotion lottery.
