DUNLOP 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS

1. ARDEX Australia Pty Ltd; ABN: 82 000 550 005; of 20 Powers Rd, SEVEN HILLS, NSW 2147 Australia; is the organiser of this trade promotion lottery.
2. The Promotion is a lottery game of chance titled Dunlop 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS (the Promotion).
3. The Promotion period is 7am AEDT on 5 December 2023 until 8pm 20 December 2023 AEDT
4. The Promotion is to be held online via two platforms:
   • @Dunlopbuildproducts Facebook page for the 12 days of Christmas
   • @Dunlopbuildingproducts Instagram page for the 12 days of Christmas
5. This Promotion covers legislation across every state and complies with the general conditions set out within:
   • Community Gaming Laws including:

   • VIC Trade Promotion Lotteries

Conditions of Entry

6. Promotion participants (Participants) are defined as individuals who take part by:
   a. Following our page/s; tag a friend and a bonus point for sharing the post to their story
7. The conditions of entry comply with legislation across every state and include:
   *Participants of the Promotion must meet requirements above to enter the 12 days of Christmas
   * The Promotion is free for Participants to enter
   * The Promotion is open to Australian residents only
   * ARDEX Australia staff, or their family members, are not eligible to enter the Promotion
   * Entries are open:
   • • • From 5 December until 20 December
       • Between 7am-8pm each day

   * Quantity of entry:

   • Participants can enter each of the 12 days and as many unique entries daily as desired

Conduct of the Lotteries

8. The major prize will take place at 12.05pm AEST on 21 December and the winner will be randomly selected from the total list of Participants and contacted via email.
9. The lottery draws for daily prizes will take place at 8.05pm AEDT each weekday of the promotion period. The winner will be announced at 8.05pm on the pages’ Stories and contact via direct message.
10. The conditions of the lotteries comply with the general conditions for bodies as described above.

Details of Prizes

11. There are 12 daily prize e-vouchers worth $50 each
12. A $400 e-voucher will be one major prize on the last day.
13. The Promotion and the associated Terms & Conditions are publicly available via the Internet on the Dunlop website, as stipulated by each state’s requirements for trade promotion lottery.
14. This Promotion complies under the Dunlop Privacy Policy.
