Terms & Conditions

ARDEX Australia Pty Ltd; ABN: 82 000 550 005; of 2 Buda Way, Kemps Creek, NSW 2178 Australia; is the organiser of this trade promotion lottery.

The Promotion is titled DUNLOP STRONGCRETE SAMPLE TUB PROMO (the Promotion).

The Promotion period will run from 3 February 2025 until 31 March 2025.

This Promotion complies with the general conditions set out in the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 Section 102.

Conditions of Entry

Promotion participants (Participants) are defined as individuals who scan the QR code on sample tubs of Dunlop Strongcrete and complete the mandatory questions on the website page this takes you to.

The conditions of entry comply with Regulation 36A and Schedule 5 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988 and include:

The Promotion is free for Participants to enter

The Promotion is open to Australian residents only

Participants of the Promotion must scan the QR code and complete the mandatory questions with legitimate answers.

Entries are open during the promotional period defined above.

ARDEX Australia staff, or their family members, are not eligible to enter the Promotion

Participants can enter the promotion once only.

Conduct of the Lottery

The lottery draw will take place at 3.30pm on Tuesday 1 April 2025 and the winner will be randomly selected from the list of Participants who have completed all the mandatory questions with legitimate answers. The winner will be announced at 4pm on 1 April 2025 and the prize will be mailed to the winning Participant the next working day.

The conditions of the lottery comply with Regulation 36A and Schedule 5 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988.

Details of the Prize

One (1) x $500 gift voucher from Rebel Sport.

The Promotion and the associated Terms & Conditions are publicly available via the digital event listings on the Internet, as stipulated by Schedule 5 Conditions for trade promotion lottery. They are also made physically available on the day of the Promotion, alongside the prize.
