Dunlop Bond Coat is a water-based bonding coat that provides a chemical key to increase adhesion on smooth, dense, difficult non porous substrates prior to the application of Dunlop adhesives, floor levelling compounds and Dunlop undertile waterproofing membranes (in non-fully immersed situation).
